For over 20 years Jack has been lucky enough to enjoy hundreds of his French grandmother’s, Gabrielle's Crepes. These crepes are what planted the seed of ‘Le Flip Crêperie’ which began trading at a small village fete back in 2016. The original setup was small, artisan and definitely “bootstrapped” but what was most important was the crepes themselves, for which the feedback was fabulous. Following a few small, community events the setup and offering grew and evolved in order to cater for larger crowds and offer a better customer experience. A 5* food hygiene rating was also acquired along the way, rewarding the high standards which have been implemented from the very beginning. Le Flip Creperie continued to grow allowing Jack to be a full time “crepe maker” by opening the first pop up shop in Bridgnorth High Street. The success of the small high Street takeaway led to a permanent location in Whitburn Street, Bridgnorth. The Whitburn Street creperie eventually closed in  November 2019 when the decision was made to focus on a mobile creperoe approach, allowing us to travel around serving crepes as we go. Since then Le Flip Creperie has grown in name, experience and popularity by serving up Sweet and Savoury crepes at a huge variety of events ranging from intimate parties for 12 to festival style weddings of over 300 guests. We love attending all of our events throughout the year and look forward to continuing to exceed our customers expectations in the future, Bon Apetit!
